Regularly rest your eyes. Use the ’20-20-20 rule’ – every 20 minutes, look at an object 20 or more feet away, for at least 20 seconds. This allows the eye muscles to relax

Close your eyes and simply roll them up and down, left to right, and in circles

Make an effort to blink frequently. Blinking keeps the eye moist

Your monitor should sit at arm’s length, at or just below eye level

Maintain good posture. Your feet should be on the floor, with your knees bent at roughly a right angle

Rest your eyes for 15 minutes after two hours of continuous digital device use
